The 50 year old recipe behind Crodino’s distinctively bittersweet and surprisingly rich taste is time-honoured and closely guarded, known only to include a selection of high-quality herbs, spices, woods and roots from all over the world. To this day, the recipe is respected with the only acknowledged ingredients of cloves, cardamom, coriander seeds and nutmeg.
